Inke Promotes Vanessa Martínez to HSE Director: Strengthening Our Commitment to Sustainability

We are excited to announce that Vanessa Martínez has been promoted to the position of HSE Director at Inke, a role she will assume as part of our Executive Committee. With over two decades of experience in the company, Vanessa’s promotion reflects Inke’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, health, safety, and environmental stewardship.

Vanessa first joined Inke in 2001 as a Safety and Environment Technician and has been a driving force behind the company’s HSE initiatives ever since. In 2003, she was promoted to Head of SMA, a position she has excelled in, implementing key strategies and ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards. Throughout her career at Inke, Vanessa has been at the forefront of maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible working environment, furthering Inke’s reputation as a leader in the pharmaceutical industry.

With a degree in Environmental Sciences and a master’s in Occupational Risk Prevention, Vanessa brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to this new role. Her deep understanding of environmental and safety protocols, combined with her passion for sustainability, will continue to guide Inke as we evolve our approach to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives.

As HSE Director, Vanessa will oversee the company’s HSE policies, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed the highest safety and environmental standards in our operations. She will also lead the development of sustainability strategies that align with Inke’s long-term growth objectives, helping to drive innovation and environmental stewardship throughout the organization.
